for the brain with 47 open tabs

Thoughts don't arrive organized.

COPYPASTEY is working memory for a brain that moves fast. Capture anything without deciding where it belongs. Find it again even when you barely remember it. And when you're working, keep what you need right in front of you.

Coming to the App Store soon

No account required. No folders to build on day one.

What it is

You shouldn't need expensive hardware to make sense of your own thoughts.

COPYPASTEY gives your stream of thought somewhere useful to go.

Dump in the half-formed idea, the thing you need to remember, the paragraph you copied, the command you'll need again, the thought you don't have time to organize.

Keep moving.

COPYPASTEY can sort it, connect it, and help you find it again when you need it.

What it does

Your brain moves fast.
We built something that keeps up.

Five things that work together so you don't have to think about organizing — just capturing.

📥
Upload & Unload

Everything lands here first. No title required. No folder required. No judgment. Just drop it and keep moving. We'll help you make sense of it later — when your brain is ready.

✨
Organize This

When you're ready, tap Organize This. COPYPASTEY reads everything you've saved, finds the patterns you didn't notice, and sorts it into collections that sound like you. In your words. In your voice.

📚
KEEP & KEPT

Your personal snippet library. Email templates, AI prompts, addresses, pitches, recipes, that quote you loved, the thing you keep retyping — all of it, one tap away.

📝
The Notepad

A floating scratch pad that stays open while you work across tabs. Transparent. Resizable. Always on top. It's not a note-taking app. It's a sticky note that grew a brain.

🔍
Semantic Search

You don't remember what you called it. You remember what it was about. Type the feeling. Type the vibe. Type a fragment. COPYPASTEY finds it — even if those words never appeared in the note.

Brain Modes

Works the way you work.
Not the other way around.

On first launch, COPYPASTEY asks one thing: how much do you want it to do?

⚡ Fast brain
My brain moves fast

AI sorts everything automatically. You capture. It files. Toast at the bottom: "Saved to Acesa → Ideas. Move it?" Five seconds, then done. No decisions required.

🎯 In control
I like to stay in control

AI suggests a folder. You approve or change it. Nothing moves without your say. All the intelligence, none of the surprises.

🗂 Self-directed
I'll organize myself

No AI. No suggestions. Clean tool, your structure, your rules. Every feature still works — just without the AI layer. Change anytime in Settings.

See it in action

This is the actual app.

Not a screenshot — try capturing, organizing, and finding a snippet the way it really works.

On desktop

It floats above everything.

You're bouncing between a doc, a browser tab, a terminal — copying something from one, pasting it into another. COPYPASTEY sits on top of all of it. Drag it out of the way. Shrink it to a dot when you don't need it. Tap it open the second you do.

14 const notes = await db 15 .select() 16 .from(notesTable) 17 .where(eq(notesTable.userId, userId)) 18 19 // scoped to the signed-in user 20 return res.json(notes)

Drag it. Collapse it. It's real — try it above.

Plain answers

What it is, how it's different, what it costs.

Direct answers, no pitch — the same facts as our Privacy Policy and Terms.

How is COPYPASTEY different from a clipboard manager?
A clipboard manager automatically records everything copied, usually for a limited time. COPYPASTEY is a deliberate library — you choose what to keep, and it stays indefinitely, searchable by meaning rather than recency.
How is COPYPASTEY different from a note-taking app?
Note apps are built around documents meant to be opened and edited. COPYPASTEY is built around fragments — a sentence, a link, a password — meant to be captured in seconds and found later by a vague memory of what it was about, not its exact wording.

Is there a free version?
Yes. Free costs $0 and includes unlimited capture, unlimited library size, sync across devices, collections, reminders, and keyword search. It does not include AI features.
What does Pro cost, and what does it add?
Pro is $8.99 per month or $85.99 per year, with a 14-day free trial. One subscription covers web and iOS — buy it in either place, sign in to the other. Pro adds Organize This, semantic search, weekly synthesis, and image capture.
Does AI run automatically on everything I save?
No. AI runs only when you choose an AI feature — organizing, searching, or opening a synthesis. Nothing happens in the background.
Where is my data stored?
In a cloud-hosted PostgreSQL database operated by Nomos Industries, Inc., so your library syncs across every device you use. It is not stored only on-device. Full detail in the Privacy Policy.

Why we built this

We didn't build this to teach you to be organized.

We built it because some brains — the fast ones, the creative ones, the ones with seventeen ideas before breakfast — those brains need a different kind of tool. Not a system to learn. Not a method to follow. Not another thing to feel behind on.

Just a place that accepts your brain exactly as it is and quietly helps it do what it's already trying to do.

Your brain can keep moving.
COPYPASTEY can hold the rest.
